What payment methods can I use?
Brumby supports multiple secure payment options in Pakistan, including:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Discount Coupons / Promo Codes (when applicable)
Card Payment Issues
Why was my credit/debit card declined?
A card can be declined for a few common reasons:
- Card expired: Please check your card’s expiry date.
- Insufficient limit/balance: Your bank may have restricted the transaction or the limit may be reached.
- Incorrect details entered: Make sure your card number, CVV, and expiry date are correct, and that billing details match.
If the issue continues, contact your bank first, then reach out to our support team.
What should I do if I see a double charge?
If you notice a duplicate charge:
- Contact your bank for transaction verification and reversal timelines.
- You can also contact Brumby Customer Support at contact@wearbrumby.com with your order number and screenshot/transaction reference (if available).
Paying at Store / Pickup Option
Can I pay in-store when I receive the order?
To confirm and process your order, payment must be completed via COD or online payment—in-store payment at the time of receiving the order is not available.
However, if you are picking up your order from the store, you can:
- try on the items, and
- return or exchange any item you’re not satisfied with (as per our return/exchange policy).
Payment Security
Is it safe to use my card on the website?
Yes. Online card payments are protected using SSL encryption, which helps secure your information during transmission.
For Visa and MasterCard, only secure e-commerce transactions are processed. If required by your bank, you may be asked to complete an additional authentication step. If authentication is not approved, the order may be cancelled automatically and your card will not be charged (or any temporary hold will be released as per bank timelines).
