Want to Return an Online Order?

If you’ve received a damaged product or a wrong item, you can request a return by contacting our Customer Service team within 3 days of delivery.

✅ Returns are accepted only in these cases:

  • Item received is damaged
  • Item received is incorrect / not what you ordered

Return Window (Deadline)

How long do I have to make a return?

All return requests must be made within 3 calendar days from the delivery date.

Return Shipping Charges

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. If the item is wrong or damaged, Brumby will arrange a pickup and cover the courier charges.

Refund Method

How will my money be refunded?

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued as either:

  • a Brumby Coupon/Voucher, or
  • a refund to your account (where applicable)

Refund Timeline

When will I receive my refund?

  • Coupon/Voucher: You’ll receive details via your registered email after approval.
  • Refund to account: Processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Incorrect Refund Amount

What if the return/refund amount is incorrect?

Please contact Customer Service with your order number and details. We’ll review and resolve it as soon as possible.

Return Approval Conditions

To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition they were received (unused, unwashed, with original tags/packaging where applicable).
wearbrumby.com reserves the right to refuse returns that:

  • are requested after 3 days of delivery, or
  • are not returned in original/received condition.

Shipping Fee Refund

Do you refund shipping costs if I return all items?

No. Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if all items from an order are returned.
