Deliveries Guidline

Delivery & Shipping Guidelines (Pakistan-Wide)

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, so whether you’re in a major city or a smaller town, your order will be shipped to your provided address.

Estimated Delivery Time in Pakistan

  • Regular days: Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days.
  • Sales / peak season: Delivery can take 7–10 working days due to high order volumes and courier load.

Working days mean standard business days (weekends and gazetted/public holidays are not counted).

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or gazetted/public holidays are moved into processing on the next working day.
  • In some cases, dispatch may take longer due to:
    • high order volume (rush hours / peak periods),
    • delays in verifying customer details,
    • or additional checks on online payments.

Payment & Verification

  • Online payments: Orders paid through online payment methods may go through a security/fraud-status check. Once cleared by the payment processor, the order proceeds to fulfillment.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is collected at the delivery address when the parcel arrives.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

  • Please also check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.


If You’re Not Home During Delivery

If the courier arrives and no one is available to receive the parcel:

  1. Your order will be held at the courier’s local warehouse/hub.
  2. The courier may call to confirm a suitable time for delivery.
  3. The courier will re-attempt delivery up to two (2) times.

If the parcel is still not received after the re-attempts, it will be returned to the shipper.


Order Cancellation Policy

COD Confirmation Calls

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may verify orders with up to 2 confirmation calls.

  • If calls are unanswered or order details can’t be confirmed, the order may be cancelled.

Customer-Requested Cancellation

You can request cancellation any time before your order is processed.
Once an order is processed/shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

When Brumby May Cancel an Order

Orders may be cancelled when necessary, including (but not limited to):

  • item(s) out of stock,
  • incorrect/unreachable mobile number,
  • technical/system errors,
  • payment/security checks not cleared.
